Short for cannabidiol, CBD is a plant compound found in hemp, although not exclusive to it. In fact, it can actually be found in other plants like broccoli and kale.

No. CBD is non-intoxicating and will not get you high. CBD works with your body’s Endocannabinoid System, which is responsible for regulating many bodily functions, without any psychotropic effects.

The Entourage Effect refers to all the cannabinoids working together (CBD, CBG, CBN, THC, and 100 others) to help specific issues the body may be dealing with. The entourage effect refers to hemp products that contain a variety of beneficial cannabinoids and terpenes, like full-spectrum CBD oils. This means that the terpenes found in full-spectrum hemp products act as conductors or facilitators, and allow CBD and other cannabinoids to provide stronger health benefits.

Yes, CBD is legal according to the 2018 Farm Bill. It is federally legal to grow, sell, and consume hemp-based products (including hemp-based CBD, which we use in all USA Hemp Products).

Despite all the advances in cannabis over the last decade, drug tests for cannabis still exist. Depending on which state or country you live in, certain types of cannabis may be legal or not. It is important to know the local and federal law when it comes to the legality of CBD and THC in your state. However, the local legality often doesn’t matter when it comes to drug testing. Private companies and public entities are all allowed to drug test for cannabis.

USA Hemp Products & Ingredients

USA Hemp’s CBD products do not contain common allergens such as dairy, gluten, nuts, or eggs. Our CBD topicals also contain some essential oils which may cause skin irritation. If you have a history of having skin that’s extra-sensitive we recommend conducting a patch test first. Apply CBD topical product to a small area of skin and wait 24 hours to gauge sensitivity before full application.

Drug tests may not differentiate between the different types of cannabinoids that are available on the market today and may return a false positive. So while we can’t legally ensure a drug test result will not show a false positive, we can, however, promise that our products have under the legal federal amount 0.3% THC.

All orders over $75.00 are eligible for free U.S. ground shipping.

Since we want to ensure you receive your USA Hemp purchase quickly, we typically pack and ship orders within 24hrs of order placement. Please email us at [email protected] with your order # and someone from our team will reach out within 72 hours.

 

Most orders are shipped from our facility within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Shipping times may vary depending on where you live and can be tracked through the shipment number we send to your email address after your order ships.

Most of the time, our packages arrive at your front door in 2-5 business days. On occasion a package will get lost in the mail or arrive later than expected. If this does happen, your main point of contact will be USPS. If you have any questions about your shipment, you can reach a USPS team member at 1800-ASK-USPS. If your package is more than 15 days late you can file a claim at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon. Please check back in with us.

We are sorry that your tracking information has not updated. Due to high volume, USPS has unfortunately been inconsistent in scanning packages on their way to their final location. Your tracking information will only update once the shipping carrier scans the package. While shipping delays are out of our control we want to ensure you have a wonderful experience.
